Horses imported from All sim will get their show winnings converted like this:
The last 50 shows the horse has been in, the best placing in each show will be given points pr. the CHC points scale, added together and divided by 2, the result is the amount of points the horse will start with in the CHC.
Leasing
Leasing is when you donīt own the horse, but only "rent" it for a certain amount of time, or for a certain purpose.
How to lease a horse?
First you have to find a horse you want to lease, you can either post a message on the advertising board, or you can e-mail someone who has a horse you would like to lease.
Then you have to agree on the terms of the lease, what you can do with the horse, and for how long you have the horse in your posession.
Maybe you want a foal, then the lease will be an agreement for you to take posession of the mare, untill she has the foal.
Then the owner wants something in return, so maybe you agree that you keep the horse for 2 months, during wich you can have 1 foal, and you promise to enter the horse into all events it can be entered in, during that time.
This would be a good deal for both of you, but there are of course lots of other ways an agreement can be made.
All leasing contracts have to be posted on the forum, and signed by both parts, so that we all know that the horse is not "stolen"
All foals gets the stable name of the person who is in posession of the mare, which means that if you lease a mare, and breed her, then the foal gets your stable name.
